A Workshop on Structural Dissociation & IFS
Not all fragmentation is trauma.
Not all wholeness is integration.
This workshop honors the intelligence of inner division. Here, we explore the human system through two lenses—Internal Family Systems and Structural Dissociation Theory—with reverence for what has always been protective.
Join us in the hills of Vermont for a full-day outdoor gathering of deep learning, clinical attunement, and embodied co-regulation.
This is not a lecture—it’s a remembering.
Please fill out the form below to register for this workshop. We will be sending
out more details as May approaches.
*This workshop is offered in a gift economy model: contribute what feels true, after the experience.*
When:
May 30th, 2026
9:30am - 4:00pm
Where:
Harvest Hill Homestead & Retreat
79 Harvest Hill Rd.

Mapping the System
Trace the architecture of internal systems through two distinct lenses—IFS and Structural Dissociation.
Learn to name parts without freezing them. Understand fragmentation without pathologizing it.

Listening to Protectors
Even the most rigid protectors are trying to help.
This workshop offers tools to approach them without argument—so they can finally speak, not scream.

Holding the Whole
Integration isn’t forced—it’s allowed.
Learn how to hold complexity without urgency, and meet the system where it actually is.

Compassionate Presence
Explore what it means to stay with the system as it is—not where we wish it would be.
Not rushing toward healing, but offering reverence in the pause.

Embodied Safety
Insight doesn’t create safety—nervous system coherence does.
This module teaches how to co-regulate from the inside out, with pacing, permission, and presence.

Modeling Wholeness
Clients don’t need your perfection. They need your presence.
This final piece invites you to explore how your own internal coherence becomes the map.
